The organisation named above has obtained full, prior, verifiable consent from parents or legal guardians of all children involved in the film, including performers, crew, voice actors, extras, and any child whose image or creative work appears in the film.

Rights Granted to the Children’s International Film Festival (CIFF)
The organisation grants CIFF the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to screen the film at CIFF events; host it on CIFF digital platforms; include it in promotional materials, trailers, press, and documentation; and share it with media or partners for coverage, from date of signing this form until any request is made to specifically change these rights. All rights remain with the filmmakers.

Safeguarding & Suitability
The film was produced under appropriate supervision in line with safeguarding standards, legal requirements, and the organisation’s child-protection policies.

The organisation confirms the film is original and that all music, artwork, scripts, and footage used have appropriate permissions or licences.

No personal data about children (other than their appearance in the film) will be shared with CIFF. The organisation agrees not to include children’s full names on screen unless separately authorised.
​
Participation is voluntary. No payments, fees, or royalties are owed by CIFF for screenings or promotional use.
​
The Courts of England shall have sole jurisdiction in relation to the terms and conditions of the agreement contained in this release which shall be interpreted according to the laws of England.
The person signing this form must be a representative of the organisation stated. They should have the right to represent and sign on behalf of said organisation.
